WithNetworks Unveils Asset and Vulnerability Integrated Management Platform Applying Digital Twin Technology

Withnetworks (CEO Jong-up Ahn) announced on the 12th that it unveiled a new version of its AI-based asset and vulnerability integrated management platform, withVTM, for the first time at ISEC 2026 (International Security Conference) held at COEX.
The company explained that the product is characterized by the application of a security digital twin, which reproduces the actual infrastructure in a 3D virtual environment.
A digital twin is a technology that replicates actual facilities or spaces in a virtual environment and synchronizes their status in real time to verify changes. It was first commercialized in fields such as manufacturing, urban management, and facility management.
Withnetworks explained that applying digital twin technology to the security sector enables organizations to verify asset configurations and connection relationships without affecting the operational environment. It also allows users to identify connection structures and external exposure points that cannot be identified from asset lists alone, all within a single screen.
Specifically, the company explained that the platform provides an organization-wide view through a single environment that is continuously synchronized, rather than relying on lists newly created at each inspection.
The asset identification scope is also not limited to servers and IP addresses. It extends to services, APIs, containers, and SBOM components, reflecting the overall attack surface. Shadow IT and unmanaged assets that have never been registered in asset inventories can also be identified on the same screen.
In addition, AI-based risk ratings for each asset are displayed directly on the 3D interface, allowing users to immediately identify assets requiring priority action. The relationships between assets and vulnerabilities, as well as connections between assets, are mapped together, enabling users to track which assets are affected by a specific vulnerability and which other assets or services those assets are connected to.
Furthermore, newly introduced assets, unmanaged assets, and newly disclosed vulnerabilities are reflected in the digital twin as soon as they are identified. This helps eliminate visibility gaps that can occur between periodic inspection cycles. Withnetworks emphasized that the key change is the transition from asset and vulnerability management scattered across tables and reports to a continuously managed system based on a single-screen interface.
Jong-up Ahn, CEO of Withnetworks, said, “What puts security personnel at the greatest risk is not a vulnerability they know about but cannot fix, but an asset they do not even know exists. The key is to find every asset without omission, analyze how vulnerabilities are combined on those assets, and determine what needs to be addressed first. A security digital twin is a way to allow everyone to see the results of those decisions on the same screen.”
