The partnership is intended to bolster the competitiveness of both organizations while establishing a stable and efficient business operation system. The companies plan to integrate KT Service North’s nationwide service infrastructure and maintenance know-how with Withnetworks’ comprehensive information security platform and ICT infrastructure services.

Starting with this agreement, the companies will collaborate on various initiatives, including co-developing proposal and bidding-based business opportunities, modeling joint network maintenance operations, and expanding cooperation in the security and network sectors.

Additionally, KT Service North has designated Withnetworks as a consulting and implementation partner for KT’s Flexline service, thereby streamlining project execution under a unified framework.

Geun-Ha Jin, CEO of KT Service North, stated, “By combining infrastructure and security—the backbone of all services—we aim to provide more stable and secure services. This will enable us to proactively respond to evolving market demands and new service launches, further enhancing customer trust.”

Jong-Up Ahn, CEO of Withnetworks, added, “We believe this partnership will serve as a valuable opportunity for both companies to enhance customer satisfaction and grow together, leveraging KT Service North’s nationwide infrastructure capabilities and Withnetworks’ security and network expertise.
